How do we love thee?

Let us count the ways...

Hi friends!

In between practicing the guitar in front of the roaring fire in our living room, and walking into our glorious kitchen to refill my coffee, I decided to pause and write you guys an email to try and make at least some kind of an attempt to express to the three of you just how much we love this apartment.

Not only did all three of you hit a home run, you hit a grand slam in the bottom of the 9th at Yankee Stadium, (with no steroids whatsoever!) and the ball flew over the parking lot and landed miraculously in the glove of an unsuspecting six-year-old boy who was walking into his first baseball game with his dad,  giving him the greatest memory of his life.
That's how much we love this apartment.
Not even...
More than that.. way more.

Thank you

With gratitude

We can't say enough good things about this firm! From the beginning until the very end of this gut renovation, PACS Architects provided us with the very best design and construction management services. We were very nervous about the prospect of purchasing and renovating our Brooklyn Heights carriage house--and quite frankly, without the vision and support of Paul, Alex and their team, we probably would have let an amazing opportunity pass us by. They provided the vision for how we could transform a space with very little character and design appeal into something sleek and modern, while maintaining its Brooklyn Heights character and charm. We had an idea of what we wanted when we began the process, but we can truly say that the end product exceeded our wildest expectations. PACS helped us navigate the selection of a contractor, and worked with us every step of the way to make sure that the work was being completed correctly and in a timely fashion. Anyone who's done a renovation knows that there may be surprises. What we loved is that if there were any changes in scope along the way, the PACS team gave us a number of low, medium and higher cost options to consider so that we had a variety of viable options to choose from and worked within the construct of the overall design. Given that neither of us had done this kind of project before, this was incredibly helpful. They also seamlessly navigated the city-mandated permitting and inspection process, in partnership with our contractor, which was extremely valuable to us. In addition, Paul and Alex helped us navigate the sometimes harrowing selection of materials, fixtures, and appliances, which can be completely overwhelming. Their clean, sophisticated design aesthetic is something we really loved. Most importantly, they're just really nice people. In a city where designers and architects can be a little over the top, the PACS team is wonderful to work with. We can't recommend them highly enough!

PACS Architecture did all the architectural work on our townhouse in Brooklyn. It was a gut reno on a 4 story townhouse. We worked closely with the PACS team to lay out the vision for the house and they then did the rest of the work. The plan and bid process was very smooth and enjoyable. Once the work started the guys managed the whole process from beginning to end . We moved in on schedule and on budget! Add to this Alex designed every piece of millwork and all the cabinetry - every detail looks amazing. We have since worked with PACS on a second house - again great work.
