During this renovation of a 1,650 sq. ft., three bed, two-and-a-half bath townhouse in Windsor Terrace, the homeowners did a kitchen and in-place bathroom renovation with partial layout reconfiguration and cosmetic updates.
This home had been renovated in the past to a very low standard. The homeowners wanted to upgrade their home to fit their needs as a family and improve the overall quality.
On the second floor of the home, a wall with pocket door partition was added to join the kids’ rooms together but allow for privacy. The kids’ bathroom was also renovated. In the master suite, the homeowners reconfigured the layout to add storage, and renovated the bathroom. The homeowners also chose to remodel their kitchen with additional cabinet space, new appliances, a powder room, and an island where the family could gather.
