Construction is complete on our new one hundred and three unit luxury mixed-use residential and retail building on Vernon Boulevard in Astoria, NY. Located directly across the street from Socrates Sculpture Park, the building will contain a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, most of which will have unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline.
